Jeff Blay

Co-founder/Executive Editor at Coincidental Minors, Jeff has been covering hockey for various online and print publications since 2009. A former Media intern for the Niagara IceDogs and editorial intern for The Hockey News magazine, he has a keen interest for covering all levels of hockey – from Midget to Major Junior, the American League to the NHL. In his spare time, he enjoys playing guitar/drums, spending time at the cottage (Muskoka,Ont.), snowboarding, and a good ol’ game of shinny. A native of St. Catharines, Ont., Blay is currently a full-time reporter/photographer working in Alberta. Tim Kolupanowich

Co-founder/Executive Editor at Coincidental Minors, Tim is a native of Monroe Township, NJ, graduating from Endicott College (Beverly, MA) in 2011 with a degree in Contemporary Journalism and a minor in Creative Writing. Tim worked as an editorial intern for The Hockey News from January to May 2011 and is also a contributor to TheHockeyWriters.com and TheGoodPoint.com. He has been in love with hockey since he went to his first game in 1995 at the old Spectrum and has attended countless games since including the Vancouver Olympics, 2010 Stanley Cup final and each installment of the Winter Classic. Outside of hockey, his interests are reading, watching movies, going to music festivals and extreme sports such as snowboarding and skydiving. View Tim’s archives here.
